Basketball programmes buy more than game uniforms. Between practice kit, shooting shirts and warm-ups, one club can need several products for every team, often across youth, girls’ and adult age groups.
This guide is for dealers who supply basketball clubs, schools and leagues. It covers what each programme usually needs, how to handle sizing across age groups, which decoration to recommend and how to keep reorders simple.

Know what each programme needs
When you meet a new club, walk through the full list instead of quoting only the game uniform:
| Product | What clubs use it for |
|---|---|
| Game uniforms | Matching jersey and shorts for competition |
| Reversible jerseys and sets | Practice, scrimmages and camps, two colours in one |
| Shooting shirts | Worn over the uniform for warm-ups |
| Warm-ups | Jacket and pants worn before tip-off |
| Pinnies | Practice vests over regular clothing |
Our basketball uniforms, reversibles, shorts and shooting shirts are made in birdseye mesh, a breathable fabric suited to indoor play.
Why reversibles are an easy add-on
A reversible jersey gives a team two colours in one piece, so players can switch sides for practice games without a second set of kit. That makes them useful for camps and training sessions as well as league play.
Sizing across age groups
Basketball clubs often have youth, girls’ and adult teams under one name. We make youth sizes as well as women’s and girls’ cuts, so one order can cover the whole club. Ask each team for a sheet with every player’s name, number and size, and keep youth and adult sizes clearly separate.
Once your order is confirmed, we send our size charts so teams can check their sizes before production.
Decoration: which method to recommend
- Full sublimation prints the whole design into the fabric, so there is no limit on colours and nothing to peel or crack.
- Appliqué embroidery gives a raised, stitched look for logos and numbers, popular for a premium feel.
- Sublimated twill combines a printed design with a twill patch for a layered look.
Many clubs mix methods, for example a sublimated jersey with an appliqué logo. See all our decoration options.
Plan the timeline
Allow about 3 weeks for a paid sample if you want one, then 3–4 weeks for bulk production after approval, depending on quantity, plus courier shipping by FedEx, DHL or UPS. Schools and clubs often order at the start of term, so speak to them early.
Keep reorders simple
Record the design reference, colours and size breakdown for every team you supply. When a club comes back, send the same design with the new quantities and any new names and numbers, and we make it again. League orders can be packed separately by team, ready to hand out.
