Football Uniforms Made to Take a Hit
American football uniforms work harder than almost any other team kit. Jerseys have to fit over shoulder pads, stretch where players need to move and hold up to tackles, blocks and pile-ups week after week.
FJ Sportswear makes custom football jerseys and pants to your design. Choose full sublimation for unlimited colors and graphics, or a classic look with appliqué or sublimated twill numbers. Add names, numbers, TV numbers on the sleeves or shoulders, and your team and sponsor logos.
We also make practice jerseys for training, and complete youth football uniforms for youth leagues and school programs. Everything is made in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, so your whole program matches.
You can start from just 10 pieces per design, which makes it easy for new programs, small clubs and youth teams to order custom uniforms. We make youth sizes and women’s and girls’ cuts as well as men’s. Please note we make uniforms only, not helmets.

Custom Football Uniforms: A Buyer’s Guide
Football uniforms take more punishment than any other team kit. Here is what to decide before you request a quote: fabric, construction, decoration and sizing.
Shiny or non-shiny Lycra?
We make football uniforms in shiny Lycra and non-shiny Lycra. Both stretch to fit tightly over pads, which makes the jersey harder to grab and keeps the uniform looking sharp. Shiny Lycra gives the classic glossy game-day look under stadium lights. Non-shiny Lycra has a matte finish that suits modern designs. Tell us the look you want and we will match it.
12-panel jersey construction
Our football jerseys use a 12-panel construction. Building the jersey from more panels lets it follow the shape of shoulder pads closely and gives room to move in the arms and chest. It also gives you more places to use contrast colors in your design. See our game jerseys.
7-pad or 5-pad pants?
We make football pants in 7-pad and 5-pad styles. The number refers to how many protective pads the pants are designed to hold. Check what your league or program uses and tell us when you request a quote.
Decoration: sublimation, appliqué and TV numbers
Sublimation dyes your design into the fabric, with no limit on colors and nothing to peel off after contact. For a traditional finish we offer appliqué embroidery, with stitched names and numbers. We also add TV numbers on the sleeves or shoulders so players are easy to identify from the stands and on film.
Youth, women’s and girls’ fits
We make youth football uniforms as well as women’s and girls’ cuts, and sizes can be mixed within one order. Once the order is confirmed, we send you our size chart and you send back the size for each player.
Practice jerseys
Practice jerseys save your game uniforms from the wear and tear of training. Many programs order them in contrasting colors for offense and defense.
Timeline and reorders
Allow about 3 weeks for a sample and 3–4 weeks for bulk production, plus approval and shipping by FedEx, DHL or UPS. Order well before preseason. Reorders of the same design are available for new players.
What we don’t make
We make the uniform, not the equipment. We don’t manufacture helmets, shoulder pads, cleats or other protective gear.
