Plan Your Bulk Order in Four Steps
Add each product you need, how many designs and how many pieces of each design. The planner checks our 10-piece minimum, lays out the sample, production and delivery timeline, and tells you whether your date works. When the plan looks right, send it with your quote request.

No prices here. Your quote, with prices and confirmed dates, comes from our team within 12 hours, Monday to Saturday. Dates are estimates from our standard times and assume quick approvals.
Standard times
How the Planner Works Out Your Dates
The planner uses our standard times for each step. It counts the longer end of the bulk window (4 weeks) and of courier delivery (8 days) when it works out the latest date to confirm your order, so the date it gives you has some room in it.

One thing is not in the planner: the time you take to approve the mockup and the sample. We confirm every date in your quote. Rush production is sometimes possible, but we check before we promise it.
Before you send it
Three Tips for a Smooth Bulk Order
Count designs, not just pieces
The minimum is 10 pieces per design, not per order. The 10 pieces of one design can be in mixed sizes or colours, so even a small team fits.
Leave room for a sample
A paid sample takes about 3 weeks and lets you check fabric, fit and decoration before bulk. For a new design or a new customer, it is time well spent.
Plan many teams in one go
Dealers ordering for several teams can send them all in one request, with names, numbers and sizes for each team. League orders can be packed team by team.

Does the planner show prices?
No. Prices depend on the product, fabric, decoration and quantity, so they come with your quote. We reply within 12 hours, Monday to Saturday.
Is the date from the planner guaranteed?
No. It is an estimate based on our standard times: about 3 weeks for a paid sample, 3–4 weeks for bulk production after approval and usually 6–8 days for courier delivery. We confirm your timeline in the quote.
Does the timeline include shipping?
Yes. Courier delivery by FedEx, DHL or UPS usually takes 6–8 days, and the planner adds it after production. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer unless the quote says otherwise.
Can I order fewer than 10 pieces of a design?
New designs start at 10 pieces per design, and the 10 can be mixed sizes or colours. Reorders of an approved design can be below 10 pieces.
What if my date is too tight?
Send your request anyway. Rush production is sometimes possible, but we check before we promise anything. Skipping the sample saves about 3 weeks, though we recommend a sample for new designs.
What happens when I press “Send this plan with my quote”?
The planner copies your products, quantities, sample choice and date into the bulk quote form on this page. Add your details and any logos or designs, then submit the form.
