What you can change
Four Common Reasons to Reorder
A reorder keeps the design you already approved. We keep your approved design files on record, so you do not need to send the artwork again. You only tell us what is different this time.
New sizes and quantities
A new season often means new players and different sizes. Send the new size split and we quote the reorder.
New names and numbers
Send one line per player with name, number and size, and we add them to the same design.
Extra pieces mid-season
New players joined? Reorders of an approved design can be below 10 pieces, so a few extra jerseys are fine.
Small design changes
A new sponsor logo, a colour tweak or new text. We send a free updated mockup for you to approve first.
How it works
How a Reorder Works
Because the design is already approved, a reorder starts from what you agreed last time. Here is what to send and what happens next.
- Send the reorder formGive us your order reference or design name, the new sizes and quantities, and any names, numbers or changes.
- Get your quote within 12 hoursWe check your previous order and reply Monday to Saturday with the quote and timeline. Changes come with a free updated mockup.
- Confirm and pay the advanceOur standard terms are 50% in advance and 50% before shipment. Terms are more flexible for repeat customers.
- Production: 3–4 weeksBulk production takes 3–4 weeks after you confirm, depending on quantity. League orders can be packed team by team.
- Delivery: usually 6–8 daysWe ship by FedEx, DHL or UPS to one address. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer unless the quote says otherwise.

Can I reorder fewer than 10 pieces?
Yes. Reorders of an approved design can be below 10 pieces, for example a few extra jerseys for new players. New designs start at 10 pieces per design.
What do I need to send for a reorder?
Your order reference or design name, the new sizes and quantities, and any names, numbers or changes. A photo of the last order helps us find it quickly.
Can I change names, numbers or sizes?
Yes. Send the new size split and one line per player with name, number and size.
Can I make small changes to the design?
Yes, for example a new sponsor logo, a colour change or new text. We send a free updated mockup for you to approve before production.
Do I need a new sample?
A sample is optional. If the design is unchanged you can go straight to bulk. If you change a lot, you can order a paid sample first, which takes about 3 weeks.
How long does a reorder take?
Production takes 3–4 weeks after you confirm, depending on quantity. Courier delivery by FedEx, DHL or UPS usually takes 6–8 days.
Are payment terms different for repeat customers?
Our standard terms are 50% in advance and 50% before shipment. Terms are more flexible for repeat customers; ask us when you reorder.
Can you ship to a different address this time?
Yes. Add the new delivery address in the notes. Each order ships to one address.
