These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of fjsportswear.com and to quotes, samples and orders from FJ Sportswear, Sialkot, Pakistan. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Any specific terms written in your quote or invoice apply in addition to these terms, and take priority if they differ.

1. Quotes

• Quotes are free and based on the product, quantity, design, fabric and decoration you describe.
• Prices and lead times in a quote apply to the specification quoted. Changes to design, quantity, fabric or decoration may change the price and lead time.
• A quote is not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed once you accept the quote and we confirm it in writing.

2. Minimum order

Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within that quantity.

3. Design mockups

• We provide a free design mockup so you can see your product before ordering.
• Please check your mockup carefully, including spelling, names, numbers, colors, logo placement and sizes. Your approval confirms the design we will produce.
• Colors on screen can look different from colors on fabric. Final colors should be checked on the physical sample.

4. Samples

• We make a physical sample for your approval before bulk production. Samples take about 3 weeks.
• Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample.

5. Sizes

Once your order is confirmed, we send you the size chart for your product and you provide the sizes (and names and numbers, if required). You are responsible for checking the sizes, names and numbers you send us.

6. Production and lead times

Bulk production usually takes 3–4 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity. Lead times are estimates and can be affected by changes to the order, approval delays or events outside our control. We will keep you informed of any expected delay.

7. Payment

Our standard payment terms are a 50% advance before production starts and the remaining 50% before shipment. Repeat customers may be offered more flexible terms, which will be stated in the quote or invoice. Samples are charged, and the sample cost is confirmed with your quote. Production and shipping follow the payment terms agreed for your order.

8. Shipping and delivery

• We ship worldwide by FedEx, DHL or UPS. League orders can be packed separately by team.
• Delivery times given by couriers are estimates.
• Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are not included unless your quote says so.

9. Your artwork and intellectual property

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all logos, names, designs and artwork you send us.
• We will not produce designs that we believe infringe another party’s trademarks or copyrights.
• Your designs remain yours. We use them only to produce your orders.

10. Custom products

All products are made to order to your specification. Because each order is custom, orders cannot be cancelled once bulk production has started.

11. Quality issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If you find a manufacturing defect or an item that does not match your approved sample, contact us promptly at sales@fjsportswear.com with your order details and photos, and we will review it with you.

12. Website use

• Content on this website, including text and design, belongs to FJ Sportswear and may not be copied without permission.
• Product descriptions and images are for guidance. Your approved mockup and sample define your order.
• We may update the website and these terms at any time. The latest version will always be on this page.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed events caused by delays outside our control.
