Motocross Pants That Take a Beating
Motocross pants work harder than any other part of a rider’s kit. They grip the bike, rub against boots and knee braces, and take the hit when a rider goes down in ruts, rocks or mud. A good pair has to be tough where it touches the bike and flexible everywhere else, while still looking as sharp as the jersey above it.
FJ Sportswear manufactures custom motocross pants in our dedicated motocross production unit. We combine abrasion-resistant materials in the wear zones with stretch fabrics for freedom of movement, then print your design across the panels with full sublimation so the pants match your team jerseys exactly.

Simple process
How to Order Custom Motocross Pants
Deal directly with the factory, from first message to delivery.
- Send your request with your design idea, quantity and size breakdown.
- Approve a free mockup of your pants, matched to your jerseys if you are ordering both.
- Approve a physical sample in about 3 weeks, and check the fit on your riders.
- Bulk production in 3–4 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity.
- Delivery worldwide by FedEx, DHL or UPS.
Why a sample matters
Fit You Can Check Before You Commit
Pants fit is personal. Riders wear them over knee braces and boots, and a pair that looks right on screen can feel different on the bike. That is why every bulk order starts with a physical sample. Your riders can try it on, test the stretch and the waist, and give feedback before we produce the full run.
Small teams are welcome too. With a minimum of 10 pieces per design, you can order pants for a club or a small race team without committing to a large run, and reorder the same design later as the team grows.
