How to Order Custom Sportswear
Ordering custom uniforms and apparel from FJ Sportswear takes five simple steps, from your first message to delivery at your door. You deal directly with the factory the whole way.
Step by step
The 5 Steps to Your Custom Order
- Send your request. Use our quote form or WhatsApp. Tell us the product, quantity, sizes, deadline and delivery country, and upload your logo or design. A sketch, reference photo or just your team colors is enough to start.
- Get a free mockup and quote. Our designers prepare a digital mockup of your design, and we send pricing and lead time for your quantity. Revise the design until you are happy with it.
- Approve a physical sample. Before bulk production, we make a sample so you can check the fabric, print, fit and finish in person. Samples take about 3 weeks.
- Bulk production. Once the sample is approved, we produce your full order. Bulk production takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on quantity.
- Delivery. Your order ships door to door by FedEx, DHL or UPS, with tracking.

- Size breakdown, or an estimate if you are not sure yet
- Your logo or artwork, in any format you have
- Colors, names and numbers if needed

Artwork
Sending Your Design
You do not need a finished design to order. Send what you have and our designers will do the rest:
- A finished logo or design file (PNG, JPG or PDF work well)
- A sketch or reference photo of a style you like
- Just your team name and colors, and we will propose a design
You approve every detail on the mockup, including colors, logo placement, names, numbers and sizes, before anything is produced.
Sizing
Getting the Sizes Right
Send your size breakdown with your request, or an estimate if you are still collecting sizes. We send you the size chart for your product once your order is confirmed. The sample stage lets you check the fit before we produce the full order.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per design. You can mix sizes within that order.
Do I need a finished design to place an order?
No. You can send a logo, a sketch, a reference photo or just your colors, and our designers will prepare a free mockup for you to approve.
Can I see a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Every bulk order starts with a physical sample, which takes about 3 weeks.
How long does the full order take?
About 3 weeks for the sample, then 3 to 4 weeks for bulk production after sample approval, depending on quantity, plus express shipping time.
How is my order shipped?
We ship door to door by FedEx, DHL or UPS, with tracking.
How do I start an order?

Are samples free?
No. Samples are charged, and we confirm the sample cost with your quote. Design mockups are free.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be possible depending on our production schedule. Please ask us before you order so we can check availability for your dates.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are 50% advance to start production and the 50% balance before shipment. Repeat customers can get more flexible payment terms.
How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
