FJ Sportswear makes full-button baseball jerseys completely to your design. Keep it traditional with a solid body, contrast piping and arched lettering, or go bold with sublimated pinstripes, gradients and graphics. Either way, every jersey is cut, printed and sewn in our own factory in Sialkot.

Lightweight and Breathable
Our full-button baseball jerseys are made from 100% polyester Speedo fabric in 160 GSM or 200 GSM. The lighter 160 GSM is ideal for hot summer tournaments, while 200 GSM gives a more substantial feel. Both take sublimation beautifully.
Want extra ventilation? Our premium baseball jerseys add mesh underarms and a mesh back.

The full-button jersey is the classic look of the game. Here is what to decide before you request a quote.
Choose your fabric weight
We make full-button jerseys in 100% polyester Speedo fabric at 160 GSM or 200 GSM. 160 GSM is lighter and cooler for hot weather. 200 GSM has more body and a more traditional, structured feel.
Lettering and numbers
Team names across the chest can be done by sublimation, appliqué, sublimated twill or heat transfer vinyl. Appliqué and sublimated twill give a raised, classic finish; sublimation keeps the jersey lightest.
Pinstripes and matching pants
Pinstripes are available on full-button jerseys, and we make baseball pants in 280 GSM polyester to complete the uniform.
Sizes and timeline
Once your order is confirmed, we send our size chart and you send back each player’s size. Allow about 3 weeks for a paid sample and 3–4 weeks for bulk production, plus shipping by FedEx, DHL or UPS. Reorders of the same design are available.
