A baseball team order usually means jerseys and pants, and often jackets, socks and hats as well. We make many baseball jersey styles, plus pants, knickers and shorts, and each style has its own size chart.

How to measure a baseball jersey
Lay a jersey that fits the player well on a flat surface and take two measurements:
- Chest width (A): measure straight across the front, 1 inch below the armholes, side seam to side seam.
- Body length (B): from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

How to measure baseball pants
Lay the pants flat with the waistband relaxed, then measure:
- Waist (A): measure across the top of the waistband, laid flat and relaxed.
- Inseam (B): from the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem.
- Outseam (C): from the top of the waistband down the side to the hem.

Sizing tips for baseball teams
- Collect jersey and pants sizes separately; a player can wear a different size in each.
- Check the chart for the exact jersey style, because each style has its own chart.
- Choose full pants, knickers or shorts first, then use that style’s chart.
- Use the youth chart for junior teams and the women’s chart for women’s teams.
- Softball teams can use our softball size charts.
