A club cycling kit is worn for hours at a time, in heat, wind and rain, and it is seen by everyone you pass on the road. It needs to fit close, feel comfortable on long rides and carry your club and sponsor branding clearly.
FJ Sportswear makes custom cycling apparel fully to your design, in stretch Lycra (spandex polyester) fabric. Sublimation lets you use any colors, patterns and sponsor logos across the whole jersey, with nothing to crack or peel.
Our cycling range includes short sleeve and long sleeve jerseys, cycling jackets and bib shorts, so riders can have a matching kit for every season. We also make kits for charity rides, sportives and corporate cycling events.
Every kit is made in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, and you can start from just 10 pieces per design.

Ordering for a whole team is simple:

- Approve a free mockup of your jersey and bib shorts together.
- Approve a physical sample Ready in about 3 weeks.
- Bulk production in 3–4 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity.
- Delivery worldwide by FedEx, DHL or UPS.
