FJ Sportswear makes custom basketball uniforms fully to your design. With sublimation, your colors, patterns, logos, names and numbers are printed into the fabric, so there is no limit to the design and nothing to crack, peel or fade. Prefer a classic look? We can add appliqué or sublimated twill numbers and lettering.
Beyond game uniforms, we make reversible jerseys and reversible uniform sets for practices and camps, shooting shirts for warm-ups, and matching shorts. Everything is made in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, so colors match across your whole program.

Custom Basketball Uniforms: What to Know Before You Order
Ordering basketball uniforms for the first time, or moving to a new supplier? These are the choices that make the biggest difference to how your uniforms look, feel and last. Work through them before you request a quote and your order will move faster.
Choosing the right fabric
We make our basketball uniforms, reversibles, shorts and shooting shirts in birdseye mesh. It is a polyester knit with a small, open “bird’s eye” pattern that lets air move through the fabric, so it stays light and dries quickly when players are working hard.
Birdseye also takes sublimation printing very well, so colors stay bright and gradients and patterns print sharply across the whole garment.
Sublimation, appliqué or both?
With sublimation, your design is dyed into the fabric itself. There is no limit on colors, nothing to crack or peel, and the uniform stays as light as the fabric. It is the most popular choice for modern designs, fades, patterns and sponsor logos.
For a classic look, we also offer appliqué embroidery, where names and numbers are cut from fabric and stitched onto the jersey for a raised, traditional finish. Many teams combine the two: a sublimated body with appliqué numbers. See all our customization options.
Reversible or single-sided?
Single-sided game uniforms are the standard for competition. Reversible jerseys give you two colors in one garment, so they work well for practice, scrimmages, camps and leagues where teams switch between light and dark. If you need both sides with matching bottoms, a reversible uniform set keeps everything in one order.
Fits and sizes for every player
We make men’s cuts, women’s and girls’ cuts, and youth sizes, and sizes can be mixed within one order. Once your order is confirmed, we send you our size chart and you send back the size for each player. Collect sizes early: chasing missing sizes is the most common reason team orders get held up.
Names, numbers and league rules
Most leagues and school associations have rules on number size, placement and color contrast, so check your rulebook before you approve the design. Send us your player list with names and numbers, and point out any special spellings.
Planning your timeline
Work backwards from your first game. A sample takes about 3 weeks and bulk production takes 3–4 weeks depending on quantity. Then add time for design approval and shipping by FedEx, DHL or UPS. Starting early leaves room for changes after you see the sample.
Looking after your uniforms
- Turn uniforms inside out and wash cold with similar colors
- Use a mild detergent and skip bleach and fabric softener
- Hang to dry rather than tumble drying on high heat
- Never iron directly over printed or appliqué numbers
Adding players later
Reorders of the same design are available, so you can add new players or replace worn uniforms next season and keep the whole team matching.
