Planning Your Football Game Jerseys
Game jerseys have to fit tightly over pads and survive every snap. Here is what to decide before you request a quote.
Fabric: shiny or non-shiny Lycra
We make football jerseys in shiny Lycra for the classic glossy look, or non-shiny Lycra for a matte finish. Both stretch to fit closely over pads.
12-panel construction
Our 12-panel jerseys follow the shape of shoulder pads closely and give players room to move. More panels also mean more places to use your team colors.
Numbers that are easy to read
Add front and back numbers plus TV numbers on the sleeves or shoulders. Choose sublimated numbers or appliqué embroidery for a stitched finish.
Sizes and timeline
We make youth, women’s and girls’ sizes as well as adult sizes. Once your order is confirmed, we send our size chart and you send back each player’s size. Allow about 3 weeks for a paid sample and 3–4 weeks for bulk production, plus shipping by FedEx, DHL or UPS. Reorders of the same design are available.

Yes. Tell us your players’ positions and pad sizes and we will advise on sizing.
Can numbers be sewn on?
Yes. We can add appliqué or sublimated twill numbers, or sublimate them into the fabric.
