Ordering
Ordering & Minimums
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per design. You can mix sizes within that quantity.
How do I place an order?
Send us your product, quantity and design through our quote form or WhatsApp. We reply with a free mockup and a quote, then make a sample for your approval before bulk production. See How to Order.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Sizes can be mixed freely within the 10-piece minimum per design.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Send us your previous order details and we will reproduce it.
Do you work with private label brands and distributors?
Yes. We manufacture for private label brands and distributors and team dealers.
How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
We reply to every enquiry within 12 hours, by email or WhatsApp.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are 50% advance to start production and the 50% balance before shipment. Repeat customers can get more flexible payment terms.
Timing
Samples, Production & Lead Times
How long does a sample take?
About 3 weeks.
How long does bulk production take?
3–4 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity.
Why do you make a sample first?
The physical sample lets you check fit, fabric, colors and print quality before we produce your full order.
When should we order for our season?
Allow about 3 weeks for the sample, 3–4 weeks for bulk production, plus shipping time. Contact us early if you have a deadline.
Are samples free?
No. Samples are charged, and we confirm the sample cost with your quote. Design mockups are free.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be possible depending on our production schedule. Please ask us before you order so we can check availability for your dates.
Design
Design & Customization
Do you provide design help?
Yes. We send a free design mockup with your quote so you can see your product before ordering.
What files can I send?
You can upload JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, WEBP or GIF files through our quote form. A sketch or photo is fine too.
What decoration methods do you offer?
17 methods, including sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, 3D embroidery, DTF, DTG, heat transfer vinyl, silicone, puff and reflective printing, appliqué, sublimated twill, woven, rubber and chenille patches, laser cutting and rhinestones. See Customization.
Can you add names and numbers?
Yes. Send us your roster with names, numbers and sizes.
Can you match our existing colors?
Yes. Send color references or photos and we will match them; you can check colors on your sample.
Fabrics
Fabrics & Products
What fabrics do you use?
We offer 38+ fabrics, including performance meshes, Speedo polyester, Lycra and spandex, cotton and blends, fleece and French terry, and outerwear fabrics such as Taslan, ripstop and softshell. See Fabrics.
Which sports do you make uniforms for?
Basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, flag football, American football, 7v7, volleyball, ice hockey, rugby, cheerleading, cycling and motocross. See Sports Uniforms.
Do you make women’s and youth sizes?
Yes. We make youth sizes and women’s and girls’ cuts as well as men’s.
What don’t you make?
We do not make shoes, helmets, balls, drink bottles or sports equipment.
Shipping
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship door to door by FedEx, DHL and UPS.
Can league orders be packed by team?
Yes. League orders can be packed separately by team.
Where is FJ Sportswear based?
Our factory is in Sialkot, Pakistan: Habib Pura, Near Girls Government School, Sialkot 51310.
