Football jerseys and pants are made in stretch Lycra, in shiny or non-shiny finishes, so they fit close over pads. Jerseys use a 12-panel construction, and pants come in 7-pad or 5-pad versions.
We make youth sizes as well as adult uniforms, and women’s and girls’ cuts, so one programme can order every level together. TV numbers can go on the sleeves or shoulders, and numbers and logos can be sublimated, appliqué embroidered or sublimated twill.

How a Football Programme Order Works
Varsity, JV and youth teams can all go in one request. We keep each team separate from mockup to packing.
- Every team, one requestList each team’s design, colours and quantities, and whether they need game jerseys, practice jerseys or pants.
- A mockup per designGet a free mockup for every design, home and away, to approve with the coach or athletic director.
- Sample if you want oneOrder a paid sample to check the fit over pads. It takes about 3 weeks. Request a sample
- Bulk productionBulk takes 3–4 weeks after approval, depending on quantity.
- Packed team by teamEach team’s uniforms are packed separately and shipped by FedEx, DHL or UPS.

50% advance and 50% before shipment. Repeat customers can get more flexible terms.
