How to measure
How to Measure for the Right Fit
- A Chest width: measure straight across the front, 1 inch below the armholes, side seam to side seam.
- B Body length: from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
- C Sleeve length: from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
Measure a garment that fits
Lay a well-fitting jersey, shirt or pair of shorts flat and measure it. Compare with the chart.
Use a soft tape
Keep the tape straight and flat. Do not pull it tight.
Measure flat, not stretched
Smooth out wrinkles first. Width measurements are taken across the front only.
Between two sizes?
Choose the larger size for a relaxed fit or layering, the smaller one for a closer fit.

Sizing Custom Boxing Shorts and Vests
FJ Sportswear makes two boxing products, each with its own size chart: boxing shorts and boxing vests. Clubs and fighters can order shorts only, vests only, or both as a matching club kit, from 10 pieces per design.
Boxing Shorts
Cut loose and long with a wide waistband, so fighters have room for footwork. Men’s sizes XS to 3XL.
Measure the waist across the top of the waistband, laid flat and relaxed (this is half the full waist), then the length from the top of the waistband down the side to the leg hem.

Men’s XS to 2XL, women’s XS to 2XL and youth YXS to YXL.
Measure the chest width straight across the front, 1 inch below the armholes, and the body length from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

Boxing Size Chart FAQs
What sizes do custom boxing shorts come in?
Men’s sizes XS to 3XL. Laid flat and relaxed, the waist runs from 13 inches (XS) to 19 inches (3XL), and the side length from 15.5 to 20 inches.
Do you make women’s and youth boxing vests?
Yes. The boxing vest chart has men’s sizes XS to 2XL, women’s XS to 2XL and youth YXS to YXL, so one club can order vests for every age group.
Can one design be ordered in mixed sizes?
Yes. The minimum is 10 pieces per design, and those 10 pieces can be in mixed sizes. You can also order shorts only, vests only, or both as a matching kit.

These charts are a general guide for planning. Once your order is confirmed, we share the exact size chart for your style, and you give us the final size for every piece.
How long does a custom boxing order take?
A sample takes about 3 weeks. Bulk production takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the quantity.
