A baseball uniform has more parts than most team kits: the jersey, the pants, the cage jacket for batting practice, and often matching hats, visors and socks. When those pieces come from different suppliers, the colors rarely match. FJ Sportswear produces the whole program in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, so your team looks sharp from the first pitch.
Choose a traditional full-button jersey with piping and appliqué lettering, a two-button pullover for youth teams, or our premium jersey with mesh underarms and a mesh back for hot summer tournaments. Pinstripes, gradients and graphics are all possible, and every order starts with a free design mockup.

A baseball uniform is several pieces that all have to match: jersey, pants and often a cage jacket and cap. Here is how to choose each piece and plan your order so the whole team looks right on opening day.
Jersey fabric: 160 GSM or 200 GSM?
Our baseball jerseys are made in 100% polyester Speedo fabric in two weights. 160 GSM is lighter and cooler, a good fit for hot climates, summer leagues and softball. 200 GSM has more body and a more structured, traditional feel, and holds its shape well over a long season. If you are unsure, tell us where and when you play and we will recommend one.
The premium mesh jersey
For teams that want extra ventilation, our premium baseball jersey adds mesh underarms and a mesh back, so heat escapes where players sweat most. It is a popular upgrade for travel teams and anyone playing doubleheaders in the heat.
Button style and neckline
Choose full-button for the classic pro look, two-button for a pullover that is quick to put on, or crew or V-neck for a simple option for youth and rec leagues.
Pants built for sliding
Our baseball pants are made in 100% polyester Speedo 280 GSM, a heavier fabric that stands up to sliding, diving and dirt. Pinstripes are available across jerseys and pants for a classic look.
Cage jackets for practice and cold days
Cage jackets are made in micro-stretch 130 GSM fabric for warm-ups and batting practice, or in waterproof polyester for wet, windy weather. Match them to your uniform colors so the team looks complete in the dugout.

Everything above applies to softball uniforms too, with women’s and girls’ fits. We also make matching softball visors.
Sizes, timeline and reorders
Once your order is confirmed, we send you our size chart and you send the size for each player. Allow about 3 weeks for a sample and 3–4 weeks for bulk production, plus approval and shipping by FedEx, DHL or UPS. Reorders of the same design are available when you add players later.

What fabric are your baseball jerseys made from?

What is the difference between full-button and two-button baseball jerseys?
A full-button jersey opens all the way down the front, the traditional style seen in college and pro baseball. A two-button jersey has a short placket and pulls over the head, which many youth and travel teams prefer. We make both.
Can you make pinstripe baseball uniforms?
Yes. Pinstripes are available on jerseys and pants.
Do you make baseball pants and cage jackets?
Yes. Pants are made from 280 GSM Speedo polyester, and cage jackets from micro-stretch 130 GSM or waterproof polyester.
Do you make softball uniforms and visors?
Yes. We make fastpitch and slowpitch softball uniforms, plus custom visors and hats.
How long does production take?
