FJ Sportswear makes custom volleyball uniforms fully to your design, with sublimated colors, patterns, logos, names and numbers. Our jerseys use lightweight 100% polyester Speedo fabric in 160 GSM. We make men’s jerseys, women’s and girls’ uniforms and matching shorts, with the libero jersey in a contrasting color.
Every uniform is made in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, and shipped worldwide.
Clubs and schools can start from just 10 pieces per design, with sizes mixed as needed.

Ordering for a whole team is simple:

- Approve a free mockup of your jersey and shorts.
- Approve a physical sample Ready in about 3 weeks.
- Bulk production in 3–4 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity.
- Delivery worldwide by FedEx, DHL or UPS.

The fabric we use
Our volleyball jerseys are made in 100% polyester Speedo 160 GSM. It is a lightweight fabric that keeps players cool through long tournament days and takes sublimation printing well, so your colors and designs stay sharp.
The libero jersey
Volleyball rules require the libero to wear a jersey in a color that contrasts with the rest of the team. Plan your libero jersey when you design your uniforms, so it matches your team’s style while clearly standing out. We can design it alongside the main set.
Men’s, women’s and youth fits
We make men’s volleyball jerseys and women’s volleyball uniforms cut for each fit. Once your order is confirmed, we send our size chart and you send back each player’s size.
Matching shorts
Complete the set with volleyball shorts made to match your jerseys, so the team looks finished on court.
Design and decoration
Sublimation gives you unlimited colors, team graphics and sponsor logos dyed into the fabric with nothing to crack or peel. Check your league’s rules on number size and placement before you approve the design.
Timeline and reorders
Allow about 3 weeks for a sample and 3–4 weeks for bulk production, plus approval and shipping by FedEx, DHL or UPS. Start before your season or tournament schedule begins. Reorders of the same design are available for new players.
