Choosing the Right Print Method
Every print method has strengths. The best choice depends on your design, the fabric, the number of colors and how the garment will be used.
Sublimation is the go-to for team uniforms on polyester: the ink becomes part of the fabric, so all-over designs never crack or peel. Screen printing suits bold, simple designs on cotton and blends. DTF and DTG handle detailed full-color artwork.
Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is ideal for individual names and numbers. Silicone and puff printing add a raised, textured finish, and reflective printing adds visibility in low light.
