Ordering custom youth football uniforms is mostly about planning: the right pieces, the right sizes and a timeline that works back from the first game.

What is in a youth football uniform?
- Jersey: our football jerseys use a 12-panel construction, and youth jerseys are cut to fit over youth shoulder pads.
- Pants: standard football pants or integrated football pants, in youth sizes.
- Numbers: front and back numbers, plus TV numbers on the sleeves or shoulders, by sublimation or appliqué.
- Branding: team colors and logo, player names, pant stripes, and league or sponsor logos.
You can order the complete youth football uniform, or jerseys and pants separately. The minimum is 10 pieces per design either way.

Reversible jerseys are useful for youth leagues that rotate teams or need two practice colors from one jersey. Practice jerseys keep game jerseys for game day.
Ordering for a whole league
- One design per team: each team in a league can have its own design. The minimum is 10 pieces per design, and those 10 can be in mixed sizes.
- Packed by team: we can pack each team’s uniforms separately, so every coach gets only their own team’s kit.
- Youth and adult in one order: youth and adult sizes can be mixed within one order, and we make women’s and girls’ cuts too.
- Shipping: an order ships to one address.
Sizes and players who grow
Players grow quickly at youth level. Once your order is confirmed, we share the exact size chart for your styles and you send back each player’s size. Later in the season, approved designs can be reordered, including below 10 pieces, so you can replace outgrown uniforms and keep the team matching.

Fabric and design
Our football uniforms are made in shiny or non-shiny Lycra. Designs are sublimated, so team colors, patterns, logos, names and numbers are printed into the fabric. We can match Pantone colors and send a free design mockup before production.
