This guide walks through ordering custom flag football uniforms from start to finish: which pieces to choose, youth and women’s sizing, how to design your own uniform, and what happens between your first message and delivery.
Step 1: Choose the pieces you need
You can order a full uniform or only the pieces you need. Jerseys only, or shorts only, is fine: the minimum is the same 10 pieces per design.

Step 2: Decide who the uniforms are for
- Adult and men’s teams: standard men’s sizes for leagues and college teams.
- Youth and school teams: youth flag football uniforms and jerseys in youth sizes, for leagues, schools and camps.
- Women’s and girls’ teams: women’s and girls’ flag football uniforms in female fits, with women’s sizes up to 5XL and girls’ sizes up to G2XL.
A league can mix all three. Each team’s order can be packed separately, so every coach receives only their own team’s uniforms.
Step 3: Design your own flag football uniform
You do not need a finished design to start. Send us what you have and we turn it into a design you can check before anything is made:
- Your team or league logo, or just the team name if you do not have a logo yet.
- Your team colors. We can match Pantone colors.
- The style you like: stripes, fades, patterns or a photo of a design you have seen.
- Names and numbers for each player, and where you want them.
We send a free design mockup, and you can ask for changes until it is right. Because the jerseys are sublimated, the design is printed into the fabric, so any colors, patterns, logos, names and numbers are possible.
Step 4: Reversible or standard jerseys?
Reversible jerseys have a different color on each side and numbers on both sides. One jersey works as a home and away jersey, or as two practice colors, so they suit leagues that rotate teams and youth programs. Standard jerseys give you one design with no limits on the look. Both come in youth and adult sizes.
Step 5: Collect sizes
