How to measure a flag football jersey
Lay a jersey that fits the player well on a flat surface and take two measurements:
- Chest width (A): measure straight across the front, 1 inch below the armholes, side seam to side seam.
- Body length (B): from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

How to measure flag football shorts
Lay the shorts flat with the waistband relaxed, then measure:
- Waist (A): measure across the top of the waistband, laid flat and relaxed.
- Inseam (C): from the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem.

Sizing tips for flag football teams
- For school and league orders, keep a separate size list for each team.
- Use girls’ sizes for junior girls’ teams and youth sizes for junior boys’ teams.
- Collect jersey and shorts sizes separately; a player can wear a different size in each.
- Sizes can be mixed within our 10-piece minimum per design.
