A cheer uniform is usually two pieces, a shell or crop top and a skirt or skort, and each piece has its own size chart. All our cheer styles are made in women’s sizes and girls’ sizes, so one order can cover a senior squad and a junior squad.

Women’s and girls’ sizes
Every cheer chart has two tabs: women’s sizes XS to 2XL and girls’ sizes GXS to GXL (G2XL for dresses). Girls’ sizes are cut for junior squads, so use them rather than scaling down a women’s size. Open the cheer uniform size chart to see shell and skirt sizes together.
How to measure a cheer shell or crop top
Lay a shell that fits well on a flat surface and take two measurements:
- Chest width (A): measure straight across the front, 1 inch below the armholes.
- Body length (B): from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

How to measure a cheer skirt or skort
Lay the skirt flat with the waistband relaxed, then measure:
- Waist (A): measure across the top of the waistband, laid flat and relaxed.
- Length (B): from the top of the waistband to the hem.

Sizing tips for cheer squads
- Collect shell and skirt sizes separately; a cheerleader can wear a different size in each.
- Use girls’ sizes for junior squads and women’s sizes for senior squads.
- Choose the shell style and the skirt style first, then size from those charts.
- Practice wear has its own chart, so size it separately from the uniform.
- Sizes can be mixed within our 10-piece minimum per design, and reorders can be below 10 pieces.
