Compression wear is sized differently from a jersey or a hoodie. It is made to sit close to the body, so a loose T-shirt is the wrong thing to measure from, and arm sleeves are sized by the bicep rather than by letter size.

How to measure a compression shirt
Measure a compression shirt the player already wears, laid flat and relaxed, not a regular T-shirt:
- Chest width (A): measure straight across the front, 1 inch below the armholes, side seam to side seam.
- Body length (B): from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
Compression shirts come in Men’s XS–4XL, Women’s XS–2XL, Youth YXS–YXL. Short-sleeve, long-sleeve, sleeveless, hooded, turtleneck and reversible styles each have their own chart, and racerback compression shirts are made in women’s and girls’ sizes. How to measure compression shorts, pants and tights
Lay the garment flat with the waistband relaxed, then measure:
- Waist (A): measure across the top of the waistband, laid flat and relaxed.
- Inseam (B): from the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem.
Compression shorts come in men’s and boys’ sizes and in women’s and girls’ sizes, each on its own chart. Full-length pants and tights, three-quarter pants and knee-length tights also have their own charts, and the knee-length tights run to 5XL. Sizing tips for compression wear
- Measure a compression garment the player already wears, not a loose T-shirt or shorts.
- Collect top and bottom sizes separately; they are on different charts.
- Use the women’s and girls’ charts for women’s teams, including racerback shirts and women’s shorts.
- For sleeves, ask each player for a bicep measurement rather than a letter size.
- Sizes can be mixed within our 10-piece minimum per design, and reorders can be below 10 pieces.
