Custom T-shirts are the simplest item to size and the easiest to get wrong, because everyone assumes their usual T-shirt size will do. Our T-shirt charts give chest width and body length for every size, so you can check instead of guessing.

How to measure a T-shirt
Lay a T-shirt that fits well on a flat surface and take two measurements:
- Chest width (A): measure straight across the front, 1 inch below the armholes, side seam to side seam.
- Body length (B): from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

Which T-shirt styles go to 5XL
Most of our T-shirt styles run from XS to 2XL in men’s and women’s sizes. The regular-fit T-shirt, the long-sleeve regular-fit T-shirt and the quarter-zip T-shirt go up to 5XL, and the regular-fit styles go to Y2XL in youth. If your team needs larger sizes, start with those charts.
Women’s T-shirts and tank tops
Women’s T-shirts come in Women’s XS–2XL, and women’s tank tops in Women’s XS–2XL, Girls’ GXS–GXL. Most unisex styles also have a women’s tab on their chart, so a women’s team can choose either. See our women’s T-shirts or open the women’s T-shirt size chart.

Sizing tips for team T-shirts
- Ask every player to measure a T-shirt they already like the fit of, rather than giving a letter size from memory.
- Need sizes above 2XL? Use the regular-fit, long-sleeve regular-fit or quarter-zip charts.
- Use the women’s charts for women’s teams and youth sizes for junior teams.
- Sizes can be mixed within our 10-piece minimum per design, and reorders can be below 10 pieces.
